Executive Assistant / Business Coordinator

Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive, confident, and well-organized Executive Assistant / Business Coordinator to support the new venture and team in daily operations. The role involves coordinating communication with business consultants, legal advisors, and clients; organizing meetings; preparing plans and documentation; and handling essential administrative tasks.

As the company grows, this role will expand to include direct communication with international clients and participation in global trade operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate professionally with business consultants, legal advisors, and other key stakeholders.
  • Organize and schedule meetings, calls, and appointments.
  • Assist in creating business plans, proposals, and documentation.
  • Maintain records and manage correspondence efficiently.
  • Support the Founder with daily administrative and operational tasks.
  • Prepare reports, minutes, and presentation materials as required.
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings and follow up on action items.
  • Assist in developing business processes and improving communication systems.
  • Eventually handle correspondence and negotiations with international clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Confidence and professionalism in verbal and written interactions.
  • Basic computer knowledge, particularly Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple priorities effectively.
  • Positive attitude, adaptability, and eagerness to learn.
  • Prior experience in administration, coordination, or business support (preferred but not mandatory).

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or any related field (preferred).
